If you’re a small business owner, then you’re probably struggling at some level to improve your business. Whether you're facing declining revenue, profit or cash flow, skyrocketing costs or economic uncertainty, you cannot to fight the battles alone. Eventually, your work demands continue to increase leaving less time for you, your family and much needed stress relief. With so many different solutions represented by so many different organizations, finding the right help for you and your business has become almost impossible. Finding one magic solution that solves all of your business problems over the long-term, is about as rare as finding a pearl in an oyster. It happens, but not very often! (The chance of finding a pearl in a wild oyster is roughly one in 10,000.)

So, finding the right coach, consultant, or advisor who promotes one magic solution is not as hard as finding the pearl, but you get my point. Your odds of improving your business over the long-term improve dramatically by making smaller, incremental improvements to multiple areas of your business over time. If your problems are accurately identified and the corresponding solutions implemented in the correct sequence, then you have a useful roadmap to long-term improvement and success. Our Process

  • Initial Consult

    A casual introductory meeting to answer your questions and address any concerns. This is also a good time to learn more about you, your business, and your goals to determine how we can help you.

  • Comprehensive Business Assessment

    Once we agree to move forward, we’ll schedule some time to complete a business assessment. Based on your current situation, we can offer several different options:

    1) A 45-minute assessment that covers 2-3 areas of your business.

    2) A 1–2-hour session that addresses 12 fundamental areas of your business.

    3) A 4-hour session that covers up to 40 areas of your business.

    For each option, you’ll know the expected ROI from implementing our recommended solutions.

    For options 2 & 3, you’ll receive a custom roadmap that ranks each area in order of greatest impact, and provides a custom analysis of your business needs and corresponding solutions.

  • Implementation

    Should you decide to hire us as your implementation consultants, we’ll schedule time to discuss strategies, adjust the implementation timetable, solidify financial goals and to address any other questions and concerns.

  • Business Review

    Business reviews are a critical part of the process, as they allow us to discuss what is working, what isn’t working and how we can improve. In the first few months, we schedule monthly business reviews. Based on our comfort levels, we’ll consider quarterly reviews if they make sense.
